Ligament system for corection and stabilisation


The device NAJA is an implant dedicated to the correction and stabilization of the spine during fusion of the instrumented levels. It consists of:

. A braid allowing correction and stabilization of the levels, after tensioning

. A connector designed to be fixed on a rod and holding the tension on the braid

Because of its conception, and in order to obtain symmetric constructions, two versions are available for each size of the implant: one for the left size, one for the right side.


Associated with an osteosynthesis, NAJA afford a stabilization of the instrumented spine levels, necessary for a strong bone fusion.

NAJA is indicated for the following surgical treatments:

. Spinal trauma surgery, used in sublaminar, interspinous, or facet wiring techniques

. Spinal reconstructive surgery, incorporated into constructs for the purpose of correction of spinal deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis, spondylolisthesis

. Spinal degenerative surgery, as an adjunct to spinal fusions
